Meet Lori, your guide

For almost two decades, Lori has devoted herself to the study and embodiment of healing, consciousness, nervous system regulation, energetic medicine, spiritual connection, and humanity’s relationship with the natural world.

What began as an intuitive gift in childhood evolved into a lifelong path of exploring the body’s energetic language, the healing power of presence, and the connection between self, nature, and Source energy. Since an early age, Lori has had a natural sensitivity to energy and an innate gift for hands-on healing, leading her into years of devoted practice, experimentation, and spiritual study across multiple healing traditions.

Her work blends spirituality, science, embodiment, emotional healing, intuitive guidance, and energy medicine into a deeply integrative transformational approach.

Lori’s background includes training in Traditional Usui Reiki, Healing Touch, Integrated Energy Therapy, Pranic Healing, T-Touch Therapy, EFT/TFT tapping, various polyvagal-informed processes, and additional modalities focused on energetic healing, embodiment, and self-reconnection. Alongside her formal certifications, she has also spent years studying Indigenous and shamanic teachings through mentorship with elders and wisdom keepers connected to traditions from the Himalayas, Hawaii, Africa and Native North American tribes.

She also holds a Bachelor’s degree rooted in conservation, biological sciences and behavioral studies, along with a Master’s degree in Environmental Education. Her years working as a naturalist and wildlife biologist deeply shaped her understanding of nature’s intelligence, interconnected systems, cyclical living, and humanity’s innate relationship with the Earth.

This unique weaving of worlds became the foundation of her methodology and teachings.

Through her work, Lori guides sensitive and intuitive individuals through processes of remembrance, emotional alchemy, energetic healing, nervous system restoration, and soul-led transformation, helping them reconnect to their truth, intuition, purpose, power, and authentic essence.
