Group programs like 'Soul Connection' are great for self led learning in a community based environment. It's a lower investment of time and money, and can be integrated however feels best for you. Each live video will be saved for replay so you can watch as many times as you need to absorb the information, or catch up if you can't make it live. There is no 1:1 personal coaching as part of this container unless you add on a 90 minute energetic coaching session to be used during the time of our 12 weeks together.

In Chrysalis we dive deeper into your patterns and help you curate personalized practices and care based on what you're experiencing during this season of life.

We will meet live for 10 of the 12 weeks for 60-75 minute group calls that will be a blend of informative and experiential. 2 of the 12 weeks will be used for giving you energetic activations (distance sessions) to help you open and deepen your channel as we dive further into energy healing practices (think modalities similar to Reiki or Healing Touch) and time to integrate.

Throughout the program there will be a Telegram group chat where we will check in, share our wins, hold space for our transformations and offer support if that feels good for you.

The content of S.C. is presented in a way that is digestible regardless of your starting point when it comes to the understanding of nervous system states, energy healing, and connecting with the healing properties of the planet.

The vibe will be similar to eating fruit on a beach somewhere beautiful with juice dripping down your chin & salt dried in your ocean bathed hair. Think ethereal, Venusian, soft girl summer with a dash of science based information and glitter.

Results are determined by your definition of results, as well as your willingness to sink into the process and show up for yourself. This is a self discovery course, we are not learning how to make $10k months in your business, but instead how to make the most out of the sweetness that life has to offer.

Whether you are in a season of blooming or you are still underground being planted, these concepts and techniques are intended to support you through them all.
