Join Chrissy & Lori for a nourishing evening of soothing sound as you gently float in the pool beneath the watercolor sky.
Together we will sink into our bodies and the natural elements, chat about the current cosmic energy that you may be feeling and immersing ourselves into some gentle practices and journal prompts before fully relaxing to receive.
Chrissy will then get you settled while Lori plays the crystal singing bowls and channels universal light to the group as a whole.
Together, we will let go of what no longer serves us, remember to flow with whatever life is throwing our way and call in the nurturing energy that we deserve.
